Her face went white, and her fingers crackled, ready if they decided to act.

[Trace Carter]

"However," said Calliope, "we are willing to cut a deal."

[paladin313]

She calmed and said, "What do you have in mind."

[Trace Carter]

"If you give us the blueprints for the VR machine and allow our side to work with them, we compensate you."

[paladin313]

"*sigh* the whole balance thing," she sighed, "I can never get an edge."

[Trace Carter]

"that's how its supposed to work," said Calliope.

[paladin313]

"You guys are no fun," she pouted.

[Trace Carter]

"I resent that," said Thalia and Terpsichore.

[paladin313]

"No, I mean it always seems your side never lets me have any fun!"

[Trace Carter]

"Last time you had 'fun' you brought the Angel Eater to earth," Calliope reminded her.

[paladin313]

"Well...you know...things happen..."

[Trace Carter]

"and before that was the ultimate destruction program," she continued.

[paladin313]

"Now, wait, that wasn't all my doing..." she sweatdropped more.

[Trace Carter]

"but you were involved?"

[paladin313]

"*sigh* so a girl makes some mistakes, okay?  It doesn't mean THIS would turn out bad."
