"Yes, so what led to that idea."

"Because of the way neither of you were making headway," said Ian, "What I saw was an example of the irresistible force meeting the immovable object.  You know what has to happen at that point, right?"

She folded her arms and looked the other way.

"to put it simply," said Z, "to save the humans and purify the land so they won't corrupt it again, you need to work together to create a solution using technology that will help nature also."
"The secret to creativity is combining logic and science with Fantasy and fiction"

Belldandy was disappointed and said, "Now Skuld, that is not the way to act before your fellow goddess."

"Well... As long as I get to use technology."

Jorg looked at Belldandy and said, "Do you really think nature could mix with that?"
"Of course," she said with a smile, always the voice of reason, "Anything is possible as long as you have the imagination to see it in your mind."
Jorg thought for a moment, and she said, "An organic machine to preserve the balance?  Could she pull something like that off?"
"With your help, I am sure of it," Bell said gleefully.

"An organic machine...?"

"Basically, bionics.  Combine your technology in such a fashion that nature can maintain it.  It thus becomes self-sufficient, and keeps things the way they are supposed to be.  Could you make a machine out of organic material: living plants, rock, that kind of thing."
Urd knew what to say and then said, "Nah, no way.  There no WAY she could EVER do anything like that.  That's way beyond her.  It's far too complicated for a little kid like her to even try."
Fear is ignorance expressed through panic.

"Techo organics," mused Z, "that gives me some ideas."
"The secret to creativity is combining logic and science with Fantasy and fiction"

Skuld shot a glare at Urd.

"This is completely outside of my area of expertise. Organic machinery is completely different from the technological path I, no, this entire world has chosen. I'm going to have to start from ground zero."

Jorg seemed lost in thought, and said, "But I was a part of the framing of nature, so, maybe we could do this together if I started with you?"
Suddenly, all the plants began to stop growing, and the water stopped rising.  Neither were receding, but it seemed they were on a holding pattern.  Jorg actually seemed interested in giving this a shot, and Belldandy said, "Now THAT is the spirit!"

"Oh? What will you do then? The first thing I need to do is crack the genome sequence. And then re-engineer everything and show it to the humans so that they replace their machinery with it."

"That should be easy," said Jorg, using her magic to literally peel away one cell from a piece of kelp and transported it to them.  She then began to say, "What is small to our eyes, open up to us with great surprise; what is both young and old, open to us and reveal the code."
The cell began to expand until it was big enough to cover the desk, looking like a large, clear crate with green balls moving around in it, along with other things common to plant cells.  A tunnel to the nucleus then opened, and what looked like a twisty link chain came up and then coiled before Skuld.  "There you go," she said, "And large enough for now to pick up and look over."

"That's not cracking the genome sequence. Anybody can see it, it's reading it that's the problem." she said, opening her laptop and running up a couple programs.

"I need a laboratory. We're going to have to test all 81,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 combinations and see what they do. Coffee or soda?"
