("'We?' Wait, what? I though- Nevermind...")

(Okay, what's confusing.  Maybe we can figure this out.)

(She thought the goddess was her enemy and was surprised by the 'we'.)

(She's not the enemy.  She is the goddess of nature, and does not like how the humans are proverbially defecating in her face.)

[Auir]

(To Skuld, the goddess of the future who is very techno, she is.)

"Don't you realize all life comes from the sea," she protested, "You upset that balance out there, and it will do far more and in a shorter time than anything anyone could to to the Amazon Rain Forests...  about which I am also a bit miffed!"

[Auir]

"Well I believe with sufficient technology, there will be no need for all that." said Skuld with her arms crossed.

"Machines fail, but nature never does!" she answered, crossing her arms in the same way.
     "Girls, please, this won't get anything done!" protested Ian.

[Auir]

"Oh yeah? What do you suggest then?" she snapped.

[Trace Carter]

"stopping the flooding and plant growth until this is settled," said Z, "a swamp is starting to form."

"Hey, I'm new the divine game," answered Ian, "I wouldn't know what to suggest, unless you two found some way to marry your ideas together."

[Auir]

"Working with someone as old fashioned as her? Hmph." she crossed her arms and turned her head away.

Jorg matched her, and Ian sighed, saying, "I think this place is about to become a real urban jungle!"

Z pulled out an Ipad with a picture of a dragon coiled around the roots of a tree in place of the apple and pulled up the recent shares, "misfortune is rising."
