Z finally finished and a spell array appeared under their feet, locking Jord in a barrier and keeping her from teleporting or using her powers.
"damn, that might be my best work yet," siad Z

"Hey, wait?  What are you doing!" she said, all upset and pouty.

[Trace Carter]

"We need to talk," said Z, "without you running away."

[Auir]

"Alright, now we can talk." Skuld pulled over a table with a single lamp on it.

"Talk?" she said, "Talk about what?"

[Auir]

Somehow during this time she had changed to a brown overcoat and was wearing reflective dark sunglasses. She took one of the two seats on the other side of the table and patted the next one.

Jord was confused on the intent on the other side, confused on what was going on.

[Auir]

Skuld began to shoot glances at Z and go 'pst!' while patting the seat beside her.

[Trace Carter]

Z shrugged and sat down.

"Now then, I understand that you've been flooding the coasts? May I ask.. Why...?" said Skuld.

"The humans have been destroying the life on it, and under the water," she said, upset, "They are hurting the life balance, and though you think Hell's shares are going up by what I do, in reality, they are going up more for them by what they are doing.  They have to be taught a lesson.  Have you never heard of divine judgment?"

[Trace Carter]

"why punish them?" asked Z, "why not clean things up?"

[paladin313]

"I've tried to convince them!" she protested, "But they won't listen!  They forced my hand!"

[Trace Carter]

"Humans can't force you to do anything," said Z, "It was your choice, and yours alone."
