"With Banpei?" he shouted as she went.

[Auir]

"Yeah!" she said, jumping into the water for Banpei.

[paladin313]

He went over to some rocks and said, "I'll meet you there."

[Trace Carter]

Z used his on demonic teleportation to get there.

[Auir]

They met up a bit later at the city. Skuld was sitting on a pier, dangling her legs over the edge.

[Trace Carter]

Z walked up, "you do know how dirty those are?"

[Auir]

"Which is why I'm not touching it." she said.

"It's going to take weeks to wash Banpei after this."

[paladin313]

"Well, plop him in and let's see what we have," he said, "This is a busy port, so he needs to stay under far enough not to collide with anything.  There are cargo ships, fishing boats, oil tankers and such."

[Auir]

"Don't worry about that, it's rather hard for a submersible to collide with a ship on accident." said Skuld, taking out her laptop and typing away.

At this, it went forward, and this time, it was a big difference.  It was nothing but barren rock and mud underneath, and despite what looked like good efforts to keep it clean, there were still some levels of things in the water that were not good, though the EPA might have called it acceptable.  Maybe to the EPA, but not to Jorg.

[Auir]

"Well, it's pretty devoid of life down here." said Skuld.

[Trace Carter]

"how are the contaminates in the water?"

[Auir]

"Hold on, the results are coming in now..." she said, looking at the screen. It said...

[Trace Carter]

Z looked.

Though the EPA might say "acceptable" what was there indeed had destroyed life in the water, and it was vast, becoming worse closer to the shore and oil storage drums.
