[Trace Carter]

"You mean you're going to destroy the land and the things on it, just because of the humans impact on nature?" asked Z, "are you sure you're a goddess?  'Cause that would cause a lot of misfortune for the Niddhog shares."

[Auir]

"Eh, what are you going to do about all the pollution then? Cars, buildings... Those things aren't going to disappear you know?"

[paladin313]

"Hmm...  That's a good point," she said, "Well, I suppose I can halt the water for the moment, and find a way to purge all that."
     With glee, not even considering what Z had said about shares to the other side, she skipped off, and now, the leaves that were turning golden were coming back green.  The grass seemed real healthy as well, and a bit thicker.

[Trace Carter]

Z sighed, "at least the water is stopped."

[paladin313]

However, now the stone paths were starting to sprout.

[Trace Carter]

(what do you mean sprout?)

[paladin313]

(Grass growing in places where it normally would not.)

[Trace Carter]

(oh.)
"Um is that normal?" asked Z

[Auir]

"Ehh..." Skuld could do nothing but stare.

[paladin313]

Urd then said, "I think I know what she means by 'purging,'" as her lip twitched.  Ian asked, "Can she do this?"
     "She does have certain liberties," said Bell, "She has the right to protect the Earth as she sees fit, and she is not the kind to just let wanton destruction happen.  This is why she is taking her time, trying to give people a chance to move.  Yet, is she right?"
     Ian rubbed his chin and said, "Well, in the past, it was once a problem.  I mean, the shipyard used to dump lots of junk into the water, and the old Gilmore's fishery up river a bit was not all that neat.  But, measures were taken to protect things.  I just don't know what she is seeing."

[Auir]

"Well, this is her field. She can feel things we can't. But...."

[Trace Carter]

"but what?" asked Z

[Auir]

"But as in emphasizing my skepticism." said Skuld, going meta.

[Trace Carter]

"alright," said Z, "so I assume we have to find the problem."

[Auir]

"Yeah, all we need to do is plant a couple skuld bombs under her bed..." she began, fishing her hand into a bag with a giant skull on it.
