Urd added, "She's the goddess of nature.  She's a real tree hugger."

"I don't think I talked to her. Why? Is she behind this?"

[paladin313]

"Well, she hates abuse of nature, and if she perceives that someone has gone far," said Belldandy, "She will use nature to stop it."

(By the way, you were a bit south on the coastline of Maine there from where they are at, but I get the idea.)

[Auir]

"Oh, I see how that's a problem."

[paladin313]

"We then must explore this coastline and find out what it is that she is angry at, and see if we can find her.  She'll usually take her time on this, so we do have a bit of time."

[Auir]

"Alright, just let me at her. I'll give her a taste of progress!"

[paladin313]

Belldandy chuckled and said, "Easy now: sometimes, she is justified in what she does.  We just have to find out what she has seen."
     "We can do that by just going up river here to my hometown," said Jean-Claude, "Bath: the City of Ships."

"Okay." she nodded.

"By the way, where did Ian go?"

Belldandy cast an air spell to carry them up the river to see his home.

Skuld did her best and tried to fly.

The wind spell aided her greatly, and from the air, there was vast amounts of green from the forest lands round about, but, there was some towns and such along the way.

"We're there." said Skuld, pointing at the city of Bath. The rising waters had damaged many of the docked ships.
