Malek then made the poster disappear.

"As for the ability I offer, It works on all vehicles. Imagine impressing your friends when they have car trouble by simply putting your hand on their car. The car will then tell you what's wrong with it and you can relay it to your friends, by claiming that you have a gut feeling about what the problem might be." Malek said.

(I was tempted to have Malek throwing in the poster as part of the deal, but I felt that was making him look a bit pathetic.)

"As long as I can use it on everyone...including that Morisato kid.  If I'm going to do this, I'm going to be right about it!"

Malek nodded.

"I have no problems with that." Malek replied. "Do we have a deal?"

"Deal, partner."

[HotelKatz]

"Alright, the payment for the ability is a reservation at a  the finest five-star Japanese restaurant, complete with the cooks and grill at the table." Malek said. He then pointed at Chibi-Hild. "She was the one that decided that should be the price."

"Not much to ask...uh...who is paying?"

[HotelKatz]

"You are, Proter, if you want the ability." Malek said.

He frowned, but knew he could pay, and said, "Let me get my better threads on."

"Very well." Malek said.

With that, he headed to his place and changed.

Chibi-Hild's cellphone rang.

She thought that odd and answered it.

[HotelKatz]

"Hello, It's Deberk. Z requested that Death Metal be banned from being played at the arcade." Deberk said.

"Why?  Well, I know Mara's weakness to Rock and Roll in general...is that the issue with Z?"

[HotelKatz]

"Probably." Deberk replied.
