Belldandy wore the same thing, as was Urd, but one, Urd looked sexy in it as usual, and second, no one knew she was going "regimental" under the skirt as the Scots would say.

"W-well, let's go already." said Skuld, trying to cover herself up.

[paladin313]

Luckily, the lessons were on the hotel grounds outside, and a native girl with a pretty smile awaited them dressed the same way, welcoming them warmly.

[Auir]

The location brought a little relief to Skuld but the outfit itself still made her uneasy.

[paladin313]

The woman gave a brief story on the history of the dance, and then had them all space themselves preparing to teach them a basic dance.

Skuld got into line and watched the instructor.

"Now, follow as best you can and have fun," she said, as the steel guitar started to play a slow tune and she started to go through the steps and arm movements.

[Auir]

Skuld did try her best, but just wasn't cut out for it.

Belldandy was moving like she was born to it, while Urd looked like she could cause an entire battleship of sailors to ground the ship just to get to her.

[Auir]

Which miffed Skuld a bit.

[paladin313]

The instructor looked at her and, smiling, said, "A bit more slide and sway.  Just think about someone in front of whom you know would like to see this."

[Auir]

"But I wouldn't want anybody to see this..." she mumbled, blushing a bit.

[paladin313]

She smiled knowingly and said, "Oh?  Is there not some boy that has stolen your heart as of yet?  I figure you would be a little heart breaker in your school."

[Auir]

She blushed even more.

"None of your business."

[paladin313]

Belldandy said, "Skuld, that was rude!"
