He looked spent, as if almost all his life force went into helping them.  Apparently, he had more growing to do, and it was more than he could handle at one time at this point.

Skuld tried to transfer some of her energy to him.

He was down enough where it was sucking it up like a sponge, and she had to be careful it did not drain her!

[Trace Carter]

Z scowled at the development and teleported away.

Hild was not happy either.  Once again, those goddesses ruined her fun.  Oh, the chaos they caused.  Now, they rescue workers were in aiding people, and their share gains began to drop for the day.

[Trace Carter]

"I'm really sorry mom," said Z

[paladin313]

"Well, it's not your fault," she said, "I mean, after all, how could we know that those two were in goddess high school together!  I mean..."
     And with smoke, fire, and sulfur, one angry Pele popped in!

[Trace Carter]

"and I can feel the burn already," said Z

[paladin313]

"YOU TRIED TO GET ME TO HURT MY BEST FRIEND'S KID SISTER!"

[Trace Carter]

Z winced.

[paladin313]

"Pele, let me explain," she started, and said, "You'd better get back to Niflheim and deal with some interesting developments there!  I HOPE YOU LIKE YOUR NEW MOUNTAIN!"
     *POOF* and she was gone.

[Trace Carter]

Z paled.

[paladin313]

"We have to check this out," she said, knowing what this might mean.

(Gotta go.)

Z nodded.

She cut it off when it was getting dangerous. She looked up at her sister with weary eyes.

"Onee-sama, you need to help him."
