"*sigh* yes...what's going on?"

'Kakarine appeared at the temple, made Belldandy cry, and set up a trap to kill Keiichi. Z and I are currently taking apart the trap.' Malek thought-sent.

"Really...and how was she made to cry."
Fear is ignorance expressed through panic.

'Kakarine talked as if Bell was going to have to leave her children, should she have any.' Malek said.

"Ooh...low blow...but not entirely true."
Fear is ignorance expressed through panic.

'True, but sensitive topics and emotions tend to make that fact about anything easy to ignore.' Mini-Malek thought-sent. 'My main self is either still looking for Proter, or has found him and waiting for the right time to make the offer.'

(Who should play Proter?)

(It's been a while since we touched that plotline.  Please refresh me on that one?)

(David Proter appeared in Chapter 22 of the manga. In the OMG universe, he placed third in the Dayona 500. His girlfriend was the All-USA kart champ. He and his girlfriend wanted to see how good Belldandy and Keiichi were when Aoshima claimed that Belldandy and Keiichi were the unofficial champions of the Japanese go-kart circuit.)

(Ohh...that's right...you take Proter, since that was your idea.)
Fear is ignorance expressed through panic.

(Well, I kinda was hoping that someone else would take him, but alright, I'll play him.)

(You know the character, so it would be useless for me to do so.)

(Actually, I think you'd still do a better job then me. As for characterization, he's mostly a blank slate. Little was done with the character in the manga in the sole chapter that he appeared in. Other then the fact that his girlfriend raced Belldandy and the bit about the Daytona 500, he only had three lines. Shall I type up the conversation that he had with Aoshima?)

(*sigh* no...I'll take him, and make him a typical American racer...southern redneck.)

(I'm sorry. It's just that I know very little about sports and I fear that I might screw something up with the character.)

"Well, how do you think he'd deal with Keiichi racing?"
