Urd looked at the food. some of it was undercooked, some of it was overcooked.

"Bell, If you had wanted to take the night off to collect yourself, you could have." Urd said.

"I am...fine..." she said, but with a quiver to her voice.

[Auir]

"Nee-sama, are you sure you don't want to rest for a bit?" asked Skuld.

[paladin313]

"I am...fine...it is just...why...cannot they...leave us...alone..."
     Tears were starting to flow anew.

[Auir]

Skuld got up and buried her face into Belldandy.

"Don't cry onee-sama.."

[paladin313]

"They...they might want to take my children away...fear of destroying them...I cannot stand it!"

[Auir]

"We'll figure out a way... We always do, right onee-sama?"

[paladin313]

Lind then said, "If they want to both be there for their children, they will have to undergo a test not to dissimilar to what they faced in Niflheim when your mother came to test if they could stay together in the new contract."

[HotelKatz]

"No matter the situation, we overcome it. You'll be there for Keiichi and your kids, Bell." Urd said.

Mini-Malek began secretly telepathically communicating with Chibi-Hild.

'Lady Hild, I have some news to tell.' Mini-Malek thought-sent.

"Test...trials...this is all getting old hat," grumbled Keiichi.
     Belldandy looked horrified and said, "Does that mean I weary you!"
     "NONONONO!" he said very quickly, "Look, if it's for you, I'd go to Hell and back...come to think of it, I did do that...but then you know that I would.  Whatever it takes.  I was just saying that, well, how many times is something like this going to happen?"

"Once for every kid, if I remember right." Urd said.

"What..." said Keiichi.   

[HotelKatz]

"unless they changed the rule, Bell will have to go through the test and the trial every time she decides to have a kid." Urd said. "I'm pretty sure that it changed though. I'll have to check later.

"But, why would we have many?" asked Keiichi, "One is fine, if that's what Bell wants."
     "Well, you know it is a woman's prerogative to change her mind," she answered with a weak smile.

'Lady Hild, come in. Where are you?' Mini-Malek thought sent. Mini-Malek was still in the garage.
