"Mischief and arguments are not the same thing." Mini-Malek said.

"They can cause mischief."

[HotelKatz]

"Only if the ones arguing are too childish to argue correctly." Mini-Malek said.

[paladin313]

"In any case, what do you suggest Keiichi say?"

(G2G...catch you tomorrow.)

[HotelKatz]

"Actually, he was arguing correctly, and I argued incorrectly by attacking his friends' characters." Mini-Malek said. He then faced Keiichi. "Mr. Morisato, I apologize for that."

"Well...uh...I guess it's okay, considering you're trying to fix my bike and all.  I'm surprised the engine trolls didn't clean things out.  I mean, they're German, after all, and pretty efficient at that."

[HotelKatz]

"The clips don't interfere with the Engine Trolls' work, so they get ignored." Mini-Malek said.

[paladin313]

"They know the bike.  Maybe they can help."

[HotelKatz]

"Perhaps. I'll tell my tinier selves to ask for help from any engine trolls they meet up with."  Mini-Malek said.

[paladin313]

"How long is this going to take?"

[HotelKatz]

"Probably until tomorrow morning. I want to make sure that all the bad luck clips are removed."

"I bet you're going to leave one or two behind, aren't you?" Urd muttered.

"I will not leave any behind. I said I would clean the beemer of the bad luck clips and I will do it. I will not half-ass a task, just to cause some trouble." Mini-Malek said.

"And your payment in return is...?" asked K1, a touch suspicious.

[HotelKatz]

"I'll be taking the clips." Mini-Malek said.

"AH-HA! You're going to be using them in a future task against us, aren't you?!?" Urd said, as she pointed at Malek.

"... You really are suspicious of me aren't you?" Mini-Malek muttered.

Urd said nothing.

"Bad luck clips aren't my thing. I'd rather use non-magic stuff to cause people some mischief." Mini-Malek said.

Lind took a moment to say to Ian, "Remember: don't go after something before you know what it can do, okay?"
He sighed and nodded.
