They sighed, knowing they could not resist such a cute face, and said, "Whatever she tells you, do it."

[Auir]

"Yes, let's do it!" she said, holding up the new axles.

[paladin313]

"We have a half hour lead.  Let's stay within that time frame!"

[Auir]

And they got to work.

[paladin313]

Over the speakers could be heard, "And the Ford team have pulled it behind the pits.  Reports are of a broken axel."
     "I shall return, Kei...I want to check on Skuld."
     With that, she went through a mirror compact and out the car mirror.

[Auir]

"Hm? Onee-sama!" said Skuld, seeing Belldandy.

"What are you doing here?"

[paladin313]

"I wanted to check upon your progress.  How is it going being a pt chief?"

[Auir]

"Great! At this rate, it's guaranteed that we'll win!"

[paladin313]

"As long as you play by the rules, now...we have discussed this kind of thing before.  You know what mother would say."

[Auir]

"Yeeees, I know..." she replied.

"But don't worry, it's all within the rules."

[paladin313]

"From what Keiichi tells me, it should not be possible for this kind of car to keep up with the prototypes, though it happens every once and a while."

[Auir]

"But regular people drive these kind of cars on the streets! They're just really expensive."

[paladin313]

"That is true, but there must be something about what you are doing.  I..."
     As she was saying that, officials were coming up to the pit and asking questions.

[Auir]

"Yes?" asked Skuld when she saw them.

[paladin313]

"Okay, we'd like to know what you are doing to this car, because, frankly, it seems almost otherworldly that this car could be performing like a prototype!"
