Z was no expert on cars but even he was impressed.

"Well, Skuld, an engineer's delight over there."

[Auir]

Skuld was running from car to car, looking under the hood and sneaking a peek here and there.

[HotelKatz]

There were a few parts in a few cars that seemed to have a magical aura around them, but the aura was only noticeable to magical beings.

[Trace Carter]

"do you think those parts would pose a problem?" Z asked Urd

[HotelKatz]

"That would explain the odd performance of those cars. As for any problems, I dunno... Maybe..." Urd said.

[Trace Carter]

"we'd better keep an eye out."

[HotelKatz]

Urd nodded.

One of the drivers of the GTX class noticed Skuld, and he had just watched the interviewer, and he said, "Hey, aren't you that genius kid?"

[Auir]

"Hm? Yep!" she smiled proudly.

[paladin313]

"Cool!" he said, "Say, are you familiar with this kind of racing?"

[Auir]

"Not really. But I'm interested." she replied.

[paladin313]

"Well, there are five classes: three different prototype cars, one class of strictly Porsche, and GTX, where it's 'pick your weapon,' so to speak.  We race for 6, 12, or 24 hours, and all five classes race at the same time.  Now, I grant you, we all mainly race against our class of car, but there is also an overall winner.  The prototypes win overall the most, but we all also have a win from time to time."

[Auir]

"Prototype?" asked Skuld, the word perking her interest.

"What are the rules for prototype cars?"
