"no problem," said Z, "but remind me to NEVER make mom mad."

"There is also the System Force that would protect such knowledge." added Bell.

[HotelKatz]

"Heh... well, Let's just have fun for now." Urd said.

"Are you saying you WANT to see what happens?" asked Kei.

[HotelKatz]

"Here's a thought- What if Hild wants us to overreact to whatever she has in store? What if she wants us to get paranoid to the point where we can't enjoy our lives?" Urd asked.

"Isn't that par for the course?" asked Kei with a side-wards glance.

[HotelKatz]

"Especially if she wants to come in and make a deal." Urd replied.

"A deal with who?"

[Trace Carter]

Z wondered when he should tell the goddesses about the storage orbs that Malek gave him and that he might need payment for helping in the race due to demon rules.

[HotelKatz]

"I was speaking metaphorically and not actually picking out a person for Hild to make a deal with. " Urd said. "Look, I was more or less pointing out that if we were in serious trouble, she might offer some help at a steep price. But since you're in a competition and you're getting our help, Hild's decided to offer someone else her assistance, to make things a bit more even, so to speak."

Urd pondered something for a few seconds.

"I wonder what Hild gave Proter for the price of a meal?" Urd quietly said to herself.
