Why does Tenchi only attract alien girls?

I think it's from one of the novels (but I checked the Hasegawa novels to no avail).

It was a Tenchi Muyo group pic that had all the girls holding back Tenchi (everyone was in school dress, even Washu) and a strange light brown haired girl on the edge of her cover (the edge cuts her vertically in half) and the face in shadow but potentially very pretty?

Ryoko has a very silly grin on her face.  But it was the first "new" girl that had the potential to rival the other Tenchi girls in looks imo.

I though I posted it sometime this year, either on the forum or on facebook but I can't find it despite looking several hours.  It's driving me nuts>.<

Jeesh, not 5 minutes after posting, I find it after hours and hours!

Does anyone have info on this?  Where it's from or anything?  It's not Hasegawa novels AFAIK.

I think that's from the Sega Saturn game, Tenchi Muyo Ryououki Gokuraku, which appears to not feature Kiyone and there's a brunette working in the candy shop. If so, the green haired GP girl from the PC-Engine game came first.

That's what I'm thinking. From the game's audio, it appears her name is Matsumi. Her VA sounds like Sasami, along with her looking like a plate swap Sasami... bet she's really Tsunami. Her name is an awful lot like a word play on Tsunami. Ma-tsu-mi, Tsu-na-mi.
