augh! yes this is awesome!! i love washu, so knowing more about her involvement with her son makes my LIFE!!! i thought you were too busy to continue to translate her first encounter with him and his family, so thank you so much!! i am wondering if they write about them finally meeting face to face and having a conversation in this novel. i know they meet again in GXP novel 14, and i think they do have a conversation... but i have no idea what they talk about (sadly the japanese wiki will only tell me so much). thanks again and can't wait to learn more!! 

I am for now but i have done a quick name translation + google translation of the chapter and it is in the translation snipits section. it isnt hard to understand what's going on . for now it will have to do

alright this chapter is so fucking short i can knock it out so easy... so here goes I was off on alot man my translation methods have gotten so refined since then.  I'm uploading here directly as i do this with summarized updates below:
This chapter is about mikumo not naming an heir and calling a meeting to name one.
Taima's relation in the family tree is fuck if i know yet but if i make it to the end and i do not find it I am going to assume that he is stepson of mikumo or more likely minami and mikami's half brother but he is second on the mens elder council of seiniwa.

Originally the reason the Galactic Federation was established was to combine the wised om of royal academy of Jurai with the strength of the second most powerful country,Seiniwa, via Mikumo Kurumitsu's private army.This established the supporting foundation of the Galactic Federation and birthed two child organisations, The Galaxy Police and The Galaxy Academy.
   But having two organisations made a huge difference. The Royal academy was owned by the nation of Jurai, but the most elder kurumitsu, Mikumo Kurumitsu,  was the sovereign of the 2nd largest nation. Because the Private military was his alone, his death would be a great event that had the potential to alter the power structure of the Galaxy Police completely.

But getting to the point, the eldest Kurumitsu, Mikumo was currently under heavy criticisms over the news of his condition. During the memorial at Mikumo's Estate, in the antechamber of home, the Kurumitsu family and two other groups were seated, The second head member of the Seiniwa Elder Men's Association and the second head of the Seiniwa Elder Women's Association's were gathered. The reason why the second head members where present was that their presidents were Mikumo and Mikami respectively. Therefore, each of the co-chairs where here to representative their organisations.
"Why has our fatherly master Invited all of us here if he is not yet ready to hand down His verdict!"
Kurumitsu Taima, who sat in the President of the Seiniwa Elder Men's Association's seat , raised his voice in frustration breaking long silence .

Usually, such acts of frustration and loud outbursts in this sacred place wouldnt be tolerated but, Neither Minami, nor Mikami,  nor any other family member of the Kurumitsu family had been told anything. There were only those who were saddened for the coming loss of their father, and those who felt the same doubts that were the cause for Taima's frustration.
There were several things complicating the situation this time, one of which was that Mikumo was still the head of the family. Originally, the main candidate should have been nominated earlier, but someone worthy of nominating himself to take Mikumo's place had not appeared because none could surpass Mikumo's greatness.
