He shrugged and said, "Well, a couch with a comfortable hide-a-bed in case I have a guest, an easy chair, a TV with a good stereo I can hook up my computer to listen to music if I want, decent appliances, a place for my clothes and at least a full-sized bed with a lamp and night stand."
Fear is ignorance expressed through panic.

Skuld was noting all this down.

Fear is ignorance expressed through panic.

Skuld nodded, "If you want that, we could fix it up, or we can go with a fancy western bathing room."

Fear is ignorance expressed through panic.

"ok," said Skuld as she jotted notes down, "do you want a kitchenette?"
"The secret to creativity is combining logic and science with Fantasy and fiction"

"Well, I'm sure all it needs is it's appliances.  It already has that, it just needs new gear, I'm sure."
Fear is ignorance expressed through panic.
