"The egg absorbs your magic aura over time," said Kazi from where he had set up a charcoal grill, "when it's absorbed enough, you swallow it and your angel emerges from your back."

He stroked his chin, and then said, "I qualify?....What are you grilling?  I thought you were doing the clambake."

[Trace Carter]

Kazi pointed to the girl in a devil costume who was watching the clam bake, "Got it covered.  I also figured a beach party isn't right without burgers and dogs.  And as for the angel, you have divine blood, so yeah."

"So, I wear it?" he asked Urd, "These odd ear bling is odd enough."

[Trace Carter]

"It's a necklace," said Urd, "wear it under your shirt."

He nodded and put it on, giving Urd another hug and said, "Thank you...um...who's the chick in the devil suit?"

[Trace Carter]

Kazi smirked, "What?  You didn't think Demons had an equivalent?"

The girl walked over and smiled, the wings on her costume growing and becoming more life-like, "Meet my Devil Familiar, Shadow of Dawn."

The girl, no, the Devil, curtsied in front of them.

Lind cringed and muttered, "Neutral ground, neutral ground, neutral ground..."

[Trace Carter]

The two of them took a step away from her.

Lind just walked away, embarrassed in being in that bathing suit.

Kazi shrugged and flipped some burgers while his familiar checked the seafood.

Belldandy then said, "And you, Ian, need to get more beach looking.  Go on; go change."
    He nodded and a few minutes later came out in some flip-flops, a towel around his neck and red Speedos

He was also built like a bodybuilder.

"Not bad," said Urd.

All the ladies were now looking at him, and both Chrono and Kei's sister were staring.
