Now if you were making a watch list for the tenchi OVA related series in in universe chronological order where are Spaceship Aggaruter and Photon before or after Dual?

Photon's time frame is unknown.
I like Eff's theory (I forget if he's said it came from elsewhere) that Photon's Earth/Sandy Planet/Geminar created the Earth of Dual when the Anti-Aho Generator was running and seemingly made some parallel worlds before Photon turned it off.
So that would place it as just about the earliest thing in the chronology. Then Tokimi goes all wibbly-wobbly, timey-wimey with that Universe- putting it on fast-forward or slow-time according to her whims.

Agga Ruter makes reference of the Great Prehistoric Civilization (which begins with Duel) and implies that Kei is an ancient robot of the "Precursor Civilization" that collapsed before Duel, and is related to Zero. Basically, Shiunk is doing the same thing Kagato was doing, looking for the powerful remnants of the civilization... but with the more modest means of just getting some kick-ass weapons. The timeline I have on the wiki has it between the time Yosho first arrives on Earth but before he contacts Kanemitsu to set up a way to send his kids to space.

yeah honestly masquerade is likely out of canon because of the parent game attention fragile/ watch out boy being cancled but it was supposed to be a sister series to tenchi hence the name Waremono Choi. the closest we ever got was gap ⭐ p. which might as well also be not in canon sicne none of us know or care whats in it

You don't need to watch Photon at all to enjoy Tenchi. It doesn't actually contribute anything to the story. So you can watch it whenever. However... I think it does have some causal / butterfly effect on Tenchi.
