TM! If & OVA4

So has K-sensei given any sort of info about If and OVA4 and their possible connection?  I'm curious as to the reaction from the TM! Japan community when the If doujinshi came out over these past few years.  Also, if If will be considered canon for OVA4.

TM: IF takes place in the future.  The exact date depends on some factors.  In a fanfiction  timeline article feature in Astronerdboy's Blog, the birth of Tenchi's first child will be during the year 2004. The same timeline states that Tench will likely have two children born in the year 2004, too. Tenchi's first children will be fraternal twins, a boy and a girl.  2004 seems to be a late date for Tenchi's first children to be born.  Yet,  Tenchi and the mother of his first children have waited  sometime after Tenchi have graduated from college  in order to start having a family.  IF does seem to suggest that Siena will wait until he is in his twenties before starting his own family.

Well, calling the timeline as "fan fiction" is a bit much I think. Some of the dates are accurate, but some are speculations based on the best available canon information. :-P
